help!!!? I bought a zune yesterday...and it wouldn't even turn on. I exchanged it today and started installing it. My software said the device needed an update, and now my zune is stuck at "to recover from an error, zune must erase all its content". For awhile it was letting me push the ok button, and now its not responding. It allows me to restart it, but it always comes back to the same frozen screen. On top of that, my computer isn't recognizing my device! its making the dinging sound over and over and over, that its connected and then disconnected. I get the message that it is found, but the hardware isn't installed properly, and then it wont recognize. I have tried unplugging it, changing computers, please help!
