yahoo mail & iPhone not "really" working?

the 'reply to' address i have set is to my business address.... when i reply to an email from the iPhone, it shows up as the yahoo.com account and not the one set in my email settings online. very frustrating and non-usable. any workaround or know when they will get this fixed?
