windows xp is not booting. comming the screen safe

mode, safe mode with networking...like that.? i chose start normaly, but not entering to windows. Then I try recovery console. i type command "fixboot" but after reboot same thing. how can i solve by recovery console. which command can i use to recover from this problem????please help me.
