Windows Vista Upgrade advisor?

I have a Toshiba notebook and ran the upgrade advisor.it sais that the device :' Trident CyberALADDiN-P4 v6.4612.22ICD_SE_NP'This device will not work in Windows Vista. For more information, please go to the device manufacturer's website.Does this mean that Vista will not work at all?
