windows vista evaluation version?

im on the 30 day evaluation for premium, i used the anytime upgrade cd.i want to go back to basic, when i put the cd back in it says it will delete all my filesin a nutshell, i am using premium evaluation, i want to go back to home basic that came with my computer without loosing my files, how?
