Windows 98 SBE. Rebooting from the original HP...

...Brio assist disk I am asked for the Product ID.? Problem is the product ID page requires 5 sets of data and my cert. of authenticity only provides 4 banks of data. I have rebooted before without problem.Any ideas would be appreciated.
