how do you do a system restore on windows 2000 professional, ty

The System Restore feature does not exist in Windows 2000...it was first included with Windows XP.

If you have the disk, you can back up the drive to c.d.s, all your files like pics, vids, files that you want to keep. Or use a flash drive. Then you can go ahead and go through setup, and re-install the o.s. Then once your done, you can save the backup files back to the h.d.
