Windows 2000 Pro compatibilty question?

Hi, Does anyone know if I can run Windows 2000 Pro and a AMD/AM2 Dual-Core processor? I was thinking of running an ADO5200CZBOX (Windsor w/ 1MBx1MB L2 cache & F3 steeping). Also 4 GB's of 800MHz. DDR2 Memory. Any help would be appreciated.
