Will MY T MOBILE "sidekick 3" sim card work...

...with an UNLOCKED "apple Iphone"? I have a sidekick 3 and i want to use the sim chip with my unlocked I PHONE. Can i just put the sim chip in the phone? Is that all i have to do???
