Will my graphics card function properly in this

setup? I have a mini itx board and an 80w power supply in the case. Installed is a CD/DVD slim drive (burner) and a 2.5 mini 7200RPM SATA drive. (160GB) I am thinking about a Core 2 Duo 2Ghz T7200 cpu, and I have 2GBs of DDR2 667Mhz RAM.Now that all that's out of the way, I only have one PCI slot to work with. (not express) I currently have a Radeon 9250, but I wanted to get the Radeon X1300. Which graphics card is better for this setup? I have low-power items installed, but I still only have 80 watts to work with. Which will give me the best performance?Also, I guess I should take into consideration I/O devices and the 3 or so cooling fans I have.
