Why doesn't WWE setup working agreements with the

CMLL or NJPW? Working agreements with international companies was a main reason why WCW got ahead in the Monday Night Wars. Imagine what we could see. Mistico vs. Mysterio? Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. CM Punk?Who agrees this would be a good idea?I'd say NOAH, but ROH already works with them.
