Why can't my site not searchable with search...

...engines like Yahoo!, Google and MSN? I made my site with search engine. But it can't be searched with that search engine. What can I do? I dont have money, so kindly give me some solutions or websites for free?What Will I Do?In advance, thank you and god bless.
