which one is better? 7350 LE Geforce or 7300 GT...

...Geforce? i have a 7350 LE Gefore right now, but with only 128 M, i saw a deal with 139.99 for 7300 GT Gefore with 512 M, is the 7300 GT better than what i have?Is the 8000 series better than the 7600 GT even with a lower memory?
