Which Linux package to choose?

I am a beginner and am downloading Linux 6.1.0 and have been asked which Linux package to downlaod. The options given to me are: A,A(P),D,E,F,G(NOME),K,K(DE) and K(DEI). I want to run Linux on Windows XP and would like to know which package would be best for my computer and easy and effiecient.topologilinix 6.1.0
