What is the price of windows vista in indian Rs?

I was thinking of buying windows vista software as it is very kool and the visual is awesome and the transperency is super attractive.But i have a question that should i but windows vista or is there something better from it or is it upcoming? and is vista now too old or it is the best?will it get old very fast?
