Wow, this is an old motherboard. The fastest CPU it can support is a Intel Deschutes 450 (this is from the Pentium II family)

With the FA-6100 the CPU speed it set by jumpers; settings are documented to run up to 103 Mhz, but is possible to reach also 112 and 133 Mhz.
