What is the best digital camera, combining image
quality, flexibility, and response time.? My current camera does not do well in low-light conditions, and there is a long delay between "press and click".

I say Casio Exilim EX-Z57. The underdog in the digital camera market. It is very quick, image quality as good as Canon's, very flexible and very responsive.Plus, long battery life.Canon does not have that feature.Do care to do a review.
