What can I do about an "unofficial" version of...

...windows vista? I installed windows vista on one of my computers and it worked great. But when I decided to install it on a second computer is when it screwed up. It now goes into reduced functionality mode and says it is not an official version of windows vista. I want to revert back to windows old, but I dont know how.
