It depends what is available in your area. Cable internet speed fluctuates depending how many people in you area are on at a given time. The price will always be the same, no matter how fast or how slow. With DSL, you pay for a constant speed. The faster you want your internet, the more expensive it will be. The speed will always remain stable.

SBC Yahoo DSL, definitely. It's quite affordable and fast. I got the whole bundle, and they gave me 2 gigs of online file storage.
