videora troubleshooting for ipod nano 3 gen?

i jsut bought an 8gb ipod nano, 3 gen. But, i can't seem to put any videos on it. Whenever i try to convert either my ifo or avi, or mpeg, etc, with the videora ipod nano converter, it syas unable to because of code 102106, which is unkown encoder. Anyone experienced this before. what should i do, i'm on windows vista.
