Video/graphic card question..?

What is the difference between something like.. example: a ATI AIW 9600XT 128MB and a Jetway Radeon 9600XT 128MB? Is there any difference between graphic cards because of the brand?

The quality.Sometimes they also add more features.

Just the brand or manufacturer who made it. Although sometimes, the most reliable makers of that card has the expensive price for it.
