USB Device Troubleshooting: Double Clicking?

I'm having trouble accessing my USB MP3 Player, Phillips brand, GoGear, 2GBs in size on the Windows Explorer or in My Computer. When I doubleclick, it continously asks me how I would like to open my device, and then, when I open it with Explorer.exe, it won't let me select if I want to open it this way for good. This is really irritating, considering I'm adding songs often. Help!
