transfer bookmarks to other computer?

i have been using my laptop for the past 8 months and want to transfer my firefox bookmarks to my firefox on my desktop now that it has internet. whats the location of the folders that house the bookmarks so i can copy the folder/s and put them in my desktops firefox.
