Total cost to buy an iphone and set up a plan at

AT&T store? Im going to be buying an iphone on Friday and setting up a new AT&T plan (im getting off of verizon which I hate). DO they charge any extra fees other than the iphone itself? Basically, I want to go in and spend $399 plus tax to get my iphone and set up a new plan, is this gonna happen?
