Tomb raider the game (the first one - computer)

for those who know the game very well.? I have tomb raider the game (the first one for computer) i have it since a very long time now and I still have't maneged to complete it. I need a hint, i need help!!!!!!! i'm going crazy i wanna know what to do next..please help me.........ok ...so I am in the "lost valley" i already killed the t rex and the other things and i also found a key or whaterever..anybody wants to help me please...
