sound isn't working. how do i get my sound

card to work when it says " no device found" ? How do you get the sound to reinstall on your pc? It will tell me either no hardware found or no device found. I have just about tried everything that help and support tell me to do. I am now out of opptions with them. Please help! I would like to hear sounds again. tyvmfayh!
