small solar setup to power house lights (cfls)?

I want to run a small solar setupwhat i need is 2 or 4 small solar panels-found on ebay about 12 bucks each1 deep cycle 12 volt battery1 power inverter to convert 12v to 110acFrom what I've gathered, I can wire two solar panels in parallelto produced 12volts 240 mA at 2.88 wattsOr with 4 panels in parallel 12volts 480 mA at 5.76 wattsFor this setup i will have all the lights off of the mains power wired directly from the inverter. I will run about 4 or 5 CFL's.does anyone see any problem with this setup or anything else I should know before proceeding
