I have a sidekick 3 and when you turn it on, it suddenly goes to a white screen with a cartoon sidekick on it, and it looks as if the sidekick is "knocked out", its eyes are x'd out and there are birds above its head. And it says to restart the device be scrolling over to the "reboot" option, so i do and it reboots, and it goes right back to it, it also says "if this happens more then once, contact coustomer service" but there close tonight and i dont have time during the days, Does any1 know how to master reset it or understand whats going on, and if only fixable by repair, and ideas on how much that might cost me?
