ipod nano. go with the 4 or 8 gig. zune is not that great

iPod. It's way better, just because then you can use itunes which has the most songs. Plus its easier.

I lean towards the iPod, as mentioned the iTunes music store has more songs available on it, just under 5 million on iTunes vs. 3.5 on Zune Marketplace. iPods work on more computers than Zunes, If you run something other than Windows XP or Vista you are out of luck, iPods work for those still using Windows 2000. And most importantly Apple gives you more freedom with songs you buy. The songs can be played on up to 5 PC's or Macs and you have practically unlimited freedom when it comes to burning music CD's. The Digital Rights Management used by Microsoft is way more restrictive. Not forgetting there are way more after market accessories for iPods.
