Shifting to Linux .....?

I want to change my OS to Linux based one ... da problem is that I don't know exatly which system that I sould go to .. some ppl recommended fidora but I am not sure about it I need sth with simple interfere ... n command also I need it with a little graphics touch "NOT THAT MUCH" ..... ya know simple n effective .....Thnx in Advance ,,,,,, da Best ans 10 are Guarnted
