Called the company and they sent new disc. Can not get it to load/read/anything..What am I doing wrong? What else can I try? Thanks in advanced. E-machine comp. and gateway (they own E-machine) sent me the reloading disc. I also have the disc that came with my computer orginially.The only message I am getting back is :operating system not installed and partitation is corrupted.William,,,I have gone into BIOS and told computer to reboot from CD....same message....partitation corrupted...Please excuse my spelling..long day.
