Regional Setup on Yahoo Toolbar?

I am using IE6 with Yahoo Tool bar. When I first time install the toolbar, the yahoo options are in traditional chinese and the search page are linked to hk.yahoo.com.However, these two days, I find that the yahoo toolbar showing English and the search page linked to http://www.yahoo.com.Any idea how I can resume the traditional chinese version? Since my PC is in office and I got no right to do install/uninstall stuff.Thanks.
