Recently I was dating someone who works for the NSA...
...and he hacked into my Yahoo/internet. Is that legal? This person abused the knowledge he has of the internet and computers - his training. He obviously has emotional issues as he felt he had to spy on me and my child, as my son uses the pc as well. My computer was acting odd, as was my Internet and my Yahoo Messenger. I suspected he was hacking into my pc, and then he admitted it. He accused me of things that did not occur, so I am not sure just what his motivation was. However, it does make me very uncomfortable that this is a person whom we trust to watch over our safety and he chooses to abuse and stalk the private sector in his spare time. There are hearings going on right now about the possibilities of this exact personal abuse transpiring by members of the NSA to the public. I can tell you it does occur. I cannot believe this is legal or just. It certainly is terrifying as I use my pc for personal finances, etc. Now I no longer feel secure in my own home. How can I defend my privacy and my rights?

Vote for any lawmaker that will repeal the very unconstitutional PATRIOTS Acts I and II. Right now, hacking your computer without a warrant is perfectly legal against you and your little terrorist son.

assuming your story is true, and assuming this man REALLY works for the NSA and would tell you, he needs to be reported immediately. Someone that unstable doesn't need to be working with top secret material everyday.

wait, your boyfriend looked at your email and now a bunch of people on yahoo answers want you to call his boss and say hi my boyfriend read my emaili had a top secret clearance, obviously i dont go reading my wifes emails, but still, if my girlfriend (not my wife) called my boss and said james read my email, hed hang up the phone then tell me to stop having my ex girlfriends bother himin short, im sorry this happened to you, anyone of your boyfriends would do this, not just people who work for the NSA,heres a thought, dont date men who work for the NSAother than that, the legality of it, your honor, he read my email, yeah the judge doesnt care
