RAID 1 setup: how do you replace/recover a

failed drive? Let's say the setup is as follows:WinXPtwo 500GB SATA drives (matching)in RAID1 Let's say that one drive completely fails. How do I go about replacing it so that it is again a mirror of the other drive? Do I copy the files over? Do they self-copy once plugged in?I'm planning on setting one up, and this is the last "I wonder how" I have about a RAID 1 setup.A web reference would be great.
