Question for Honda CT-90 trail bike?

Hi!I was just wondering if a Honda trail 90 would carry a 212 lbs person around town and up hills with no problem and still have good accelaeration?Thanks!I don't know, because I am working on it at the time being.

Trail 90s are great in town.Low grade hills are OK.They do not have a lot of cruising speed,about 40 MPH.
