PS3 Internet Download Demos. Troubleshooting....

...help!!!? I got to the page were you download the game demo, but i can't press x or any other button to get it to download. nothing happens at all. when i move the cursor over the game image it just enlarges and that's it, how can i download a game demo?help! thanks Smile
