problem with windows xp?

-when ever i click on the time&date settings in control panelor on the right bottom of taskbar it says"you don't have the proper privilege level to change the system time"-and i'm doing that using the administrator account or my account and it's administrator too,(i can't change m system time at all)please helpMAS ONLINE THANK'S
