photoshop installation error 105?

i just extracted all the files from the folder to my computerand clicked setup.exewhen its about to install, it gives me error 105and it says"setup is unable to find installation languages in it gives path is c:docume~1admini~1locals~1Tempsetup... While installing Adobe Photoshop"How can i solve this?i didnt even instal it yetNo i have the CD. but it still gives me this error.
