Outgoing Mail in Linux !!!?

I have a linux based firewall with Squid working on it. My problem is i have to give the access to email [from outlook] to all the clients there on LAN. They are able to receive incoming mails, but no outgoing mails are working.HELP ME OUT...ITS URGENTI have ip tables and port 80 routed on to a static ip..Please let me know the rule that i need to write
