the admin password changed. Is there a specific virus to blame? I have spent 5 hours with Microsoft tech support and somehow my personal network credentials have also been compromised, I was removed from the admin group. There is nobody else that has access to this system so nobody could have or would have changed the admin password. I am wondering if there is a virus that could have done this and what steps I could take to resolve. I have now loaded Windows Server 2003 on the D drive and have full access to all files on the C drive, however no Internet access to run any scans. I'm still researching online but need to see if anyone out there can help.
