My windows firewall went off by...

...itself.AFTERWARDS I STARTED TO SEE UNWANTED PAGES WRITTEN IN CHINESE LANGUAGE. i've tried turning it on but it will turn off again.have any body ever experienced such things.pls tell me what to do
