...pages, Hotmail message is blank & System Restore window is blank? My sister has just phoned (I live 100miles away so cant go to see her) and she has a pc problem which has me stumped. Since yesterday when she is in hotmail she clicks a message to open and the title shows but the page below is blank. I tried to get remote access but it says she is denying it when she isn't so i though system restore to before yesterday, NOPE system resore page opens with the title but a blank page below it. Anyone have any ideas as to what we can do to fix this and what the cause may have been (Probably her 6 year old being un supervised on it!)
