this Effect me much? I bought a budget PC that I build and originally wasn't going to play many games but since the new build I have decided to.I bought a Mobo that a PCI-e 16x slot but says only runs at 8x.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6167009PCI Express 1 x PCI-Express x16 (run at x8 mode) / 1 x PCI Express x1 I put 2 gigs of RAM in it and installed a AMD Dual Core 2.1 GHZ Processor and it handles Vista Ultimata like a champ. I just bought a Video Card XFX GT 8600 XXX from new egg so I can play games. I'm worried about the PCI - Express card only running at 8x. Is this going to kill my performace or should I still be able to play most games. I also have a Sata 3.0 What do you think? I'm not trying to spend really much more money.
