my ipod nano is frozen how do i recover it?
i tryed to play a song and it suddenly freezed.

take the battery out and put it back in

The best way is to reset it by holding down the menu button and play button until the apple icon appears.

Push the center button and the menu button at the same time and hold it down for a few seconds. that should fix it.

Mine just did that too!! Have you tried hooking it up to the computer? (that didn't work for me) OR did you push the menu and center button, together? (that didn't work for me, but it usually does)

Mine froze and it wouldn't respond to holding down the buttons so I had to let it run out of battery. When I recharged it and turned it on it worked fine.
