My CD rom is not reading discs. I have

tried to clean it with a cleaner and blown on it nothing has worked.? I cannot play any type of CD, movie, audio or any computer programs I use the disk on. I get an I/O error half the time when I try anything. I have tried a cleaner but it doesnt run or do anything.
