let me put it this way, I am a person who is really new to the ipod-craze. I have a 2nd generation apple ipod shuffle, 1GB. Recently when I try to turn it on, the green light(indication that it is working properly) pops up but it converts into a blinking orange light aftr some seconds and then the light turns off eventually, aftr some seconds, indicating it has switched off itself. I tried to recharge ipod's battery so many times, for many long hour periods by connecting it to my laptop but it never worked. Any solutions?? Is it broken?I bought it around spring 2007.
