List of Windows XP bundle software...?

...I know that a lot of stuff comes bundled on Windows; so I'm wondering if anyone has a list (general, really) of what I can and cannot uninstall. I'm pretty certain of most of it, but some of it I'm a little worried to touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
