I keep getting the same update message every time...

...I sign off from my Pc on windows XP? I have recently replaced my Pc tower and since then I keep the geting the same update coming up every time I close my pc down, I am on Windows XP. how can i get rid of this I have tried downloading it manually but still keeps appearing
