Just got sims 2 but the installation won't even start...

...up? I just got Sims 2, and I just put the disc in but it won't even do anything! An installation screen doesn't even start up or anything. I tried the Run method, but it just said Please put a disc in drive M, and its in there!!! I closed all the antivirus programs, but it still won't do a dam* thing.PS: it's the Sims 2 Deluxe disc.I have windows ME
