i just been asked to setup a proposal for small

factory to produce an electronics instrument. where do i start i need to provide a proposal on how to set up a mini factory to produce the mini electronics instrument. what kind of machines that i need? what kind of system? how big is the space and all thing related to set up the mini assembly plant.
